Where Whitespark is genuinely better
Craft and honesty. Citation building and listing cleanup done by actual humans, the most respected rank-tracking accuracy in local SEO, and Darren Shaw's Local Search Ranking Factors report is the industry's reference document. Their $1-per-location GBP tool is remarkable value, and they will happily unbundle so you pay for exactly one thing.
The honest difference
Most tools in this category are built to measure and report, or to manage your listings across directories. Useful work — but it assumes somebody is going to read the report and then go and change the website. If you are a plumber running a two-van operation, nobody is.
