These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SearchWrench website, SEO audits, monitoring, and related services (the "Service"), operated by SearchWrench ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
SearchWrench analyzes websites and reports on search-engine-optimization factors using public data and third-party APIs, and — on paid plans — provides ongoing monitoring and, where applicable, applies certain on-site changes. You're responsible for the website you submit and for having the right to request an audit or changes to it.
SEO outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms, competitors, and your own content and actions. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, revenue, or other result. Our audits and recommendations are informational and based on established best practices and public data; they are not a warranty of performance. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or any search engine.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll review it in good faith.
You agree not to: submit websites you don't own or aren't authorized to audit; use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; resell or republish our reports as your own without permission; or use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications.
The Service, including its software, content, and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and your reports for your own business purposes. You retain ownership of the data and website information you provide.
The Service relies on third parties (such as Google PageSpeed Insights, Stripe, and Meta). Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or actions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that audit data will be complete or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content or website, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
