Is the scan really free?
Yes. No credit card, no trial that turns into a subscription. You get your score, your issue list in plain English and the full breakdown by email. We make money only if you decide the paid tiers are worth it.
What do you actually fix?
The things Google and AI assistants read before deciding whether to mention you: the headline Google shows for your site, the description underneath it, the structured data that tells Google your address, hours and services, your headings, and whether your phone number is tappable. We apply the changes to your site — we do not just list them.
How is this different from an SEO agency?
An agency writes you a report and invoices for the hours. We make the changes automatically every month for a fixed price. We are also considerably cheaper and considerably narrower — we do on-page and AI visibility, not link building or content marketing.
Do you buy or exchange backlinks?
No. Some tools in this space run link exchanges between their own customers. Google's guidelines name excessive link exchanges specifically, and a network like that can be devalued all at once. We fix what is on your website instead.
How long until I see something?
The Quick Fix is live on your site within three business days. Search results move on Google's schedule, not ours — typically a few weeks. Anyone promising you a ranking by a date is guessing.
Will you promise me the number one spot?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls Google. What we can promise is that the things Google and AI read about you will be right, which is the part that is actually in anyone's control.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No contracts. Cancel from your dashboard or by email; your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period.
What happens to the fixes if I cancel?
They stay. They are on your website and they are yours. We just stop making new ones.
Will you spam me?
No. You get your audit report and a short follow-up sequence. One click unsubscribes. We never sell or rent your details.
Do you sell my data?
No. We use service providers to run the business — Stripe for payments, Meta Pixel for ad measurement using hashed identifiers — and that is the extent of it.
How accurate is the audit?
The technical checks are exact — they are read directly from your live page. Where we cannot verify something we say so rather than guessing. If a site blocks automated checks we tell you that too, instead of reporting an empty page as a broken one.
I already have someone doing my SEO. Is this useful?
Possibly, as a second opinion. Run the free scan and send them the list. If everything comes back clean, they are doing their job and you do not need us.
Do you work with businesses outside the trades?
Yes. Most of our customers are trades because that is who most often has this problem, but the checks apply to any local business with a website.
What is "AI visibility"?
Whether an assistant like ChatGPT names your business when someone asks for your trade in your town. We ask it and tell you the answer. In a study across 40 cities it named about five or six businesses per question — so it is a short list, and worth knowing if you are on it.
