A free, Cincinnati-based way to check a contractor's price and find a local pro, run by one person you can actually reach.
SearchWrench Pros is run by Pat McCoy, a website developer in Cincinnati. SearchWrench builds websites and search visibility for local service businesses, so we spend our days looking at how contractors price, advertise and get found. SearchWrench Pros turns that around for homeowners.
Check your quote. Enter the price a contractor gave you and see where it falls against published prices for the same job in Cincinnati. Every number on our cost guides links to its source.
Find a pro. We list local businesses from public business information, then check them ourselves: years in business, state licensing where a trade needs it, insurance, and how real customers say it went. How we check pros.
Homeowners never pay us. Contractors are listed for free, and nobody can pay to be listed higher or to be recommended. The company behind this, HighRock Holdings LLC, earns its money from SearchWrench's website and search services for businesses. Those customers get no special placement here.
We don't sell your phone number to a list of contractors. When you ask for quotes, we pass your request to up to 3 pros who fit what you asked for, and your quoted price is shared only if you say so.
