If customers can't find your Google Business Profile, it is almost always one of a handful of causes. Work down this list in order; the first ones are the most common.
Sign in at business.google.com. If it says "Get verified" or shows a suspension notice, nothing else matters until that is fixed. Follow Google's steps; for a suspension, make sure your name, address and category follow Google's guidelines before you appeal.
Map results depend heavily on how close the business is to the person searching. If you search "roofer" from across town, you may not appear even though the profile is fine. Search your exact business name first: if it shows up, the profile is live.
Use the most specific primary category (for example "Roofing contractor", not "Contractor") and add secondary categories for other services.
Changing your name, address or category can hide the profile or parts of it for days while Google reviews the change. Avoid repeated edits.
